They want to flog 200 million shares to instos and sophisticated buyers at a time when the stock markets worldwide are on their knees and most companies are taking in washing. On top of that they want to issue themselves millions of cheap options when history tells us that they will pump up the price to 5-7 cents, get their options, put out some stunning colourful announcements that pump the sp up and then sell them until the sp is lower than where it is now.
This it to forward the exploration of their prospective tenements that show promise but does not include finishing RH (30 mill) so the hat will go out again IF CC proves to be viable.
As Matt said, they have the votes that means this will go through and the farce will go ahead.
Another shaper in the unbelievable story of this company or maybe another couple of episodes in the TV series.
