Angles are made up of straight lines. Straight lines are different on a log-linear graph, compared to a straight linear graph.
Therefore, if you're interested in angles OR (straight) trendlines, you better be clear about which type of chart you're using.
I believe engineers do refer to log-linear graphs as being "semi-log", as distinct from "log-log" which have logarithmic variables on both axes.
