2/1 is a horrible roster and that article is total bs, It’s not just exhausting by the time you recover it’s back to work but it’s also not good for your relationship which is why more fifo relationships break up then city workers.

FMG knows everyone hates 2/1 but they don’t care they put profit before people.

BHP and RIO have got it right with most of there sites 8/6.

I understand the hostility from you guys as you are shareholders and only care about profit. But don’t pretend for a second it’s good for the workers because it isn’t.
