In April/May this year I ended up in hospital and had 30% of my bowel removed. Surgery was brilliant, and I've no colostomy bag/appendages/add-on etc. I look fairly 'normal' naked ---- which you won't have the fortune of seeing!
However, before that I spent 2 weeks in hospital for the same reason in October 2007, then in December 2007, then Januarary 2008 then 1 week in March 2008.
All of this was in the public hospital system.
On every visit, I had at least 1 new doctor (at times I had 4!!!)
Every doctor introduced him/herself, shook my hand - then gave me a digital (p/r) examination.
After the fifth, I realised this was simply a medico's way of saying "How do you do.".
I didn't appreciate it.
Nevertheless Zeet, I've no knowledge of the significance of 'blue'.
