Can someone with more experience with SPPs please clarify the following for me
There are around 130million shares on issue. At raising price of 1.70, the max that the capital raise can go up to is $221million. The limit on the retail component is $231 million. Every share holder is eligible for 1 share for every share they own. Even if everyone subscribed, the limit of $231 million can not be exceeded. So does this mean that there is no scaleback possible? Why put the limit on if the limit can not be exceeded?
