There appears to be more emotion invested here than Dollars. The Company is looking to have trials funded by 3rd party (govt), likely little risk of dilution to Shareholders in the current environment. If there is promise in the drug then it will be moved through the outlined stages quickly. From these prices the reward potential far outweighs the risk. Also money flow and trade behaviour is obviously positive if you look.
