It makes sense if for whatever reason they need to get the current sp to a respectable level for PM's next move. I suspect either a buy back or more probably a scrip offer only, which would not be good news if your aim is to go liquid!

I'm hoping that we will get the choice to sell open-market at the 'repectable level' (maybe 5c -6c) or take whatever PM is offering in exchange.
