Why would he hock his shares at 33c, when it closed at almost 45c yesterday?

It was trading above 50c only a couple months ago and reached 60c+ on some big volume.

All of the announcements from the last few quarters suggest international expansion is set to generate 'significant revenue'.

This announcement quotes new and existing institutional investors.

I would have taken up some if offered at 33c.

Time will tell if the share price drops to this level.

But it's a really odd time to sell such a big chunk of his holding and at the price he did, knowing the next 3 months of news.

Perhaps there's some dissent in the hierarchy?

Josh started the concept, but obviously when you list and become a public company, control and direction is relinquished. There's been a number of new appointments and I believe the Company Secretary is also set to retire soon.

Methinks a call to HQ is in order.
