    I'm not suggesting, I'm guessing,
    My point is from my perspective, women are often stonewalled at senior positions purely because there women and certain races and religion's also suffer.
    Therefore companies suffer from missing all that untapped talent, at senior levels. We all have biases. The boys club is still well and truly alive.
