The stock market is all about opinions and we simply have a difference of opinion.
i don't like to see any individual investors lose money so it's interesting to understand the thought process of long term investors.
Obviously you can rely on dividend or Capital Growth, I think we will agree their will be little or no dividend for CCP in the next few years.
Even as a long term investor were you not tempted to sell at around $40 and invest that profit elsewhere.
