This is crazy stuff. A better strategy would be to simply find out why some people (around 95%) get less symptoms than the flu, and the other 5% become very sick and possibly die.
Once a genetic test is is devised to determine which category you are in, 95% of the population can be put back to work.
The rest can come out (in just a few weeks) after the population has 95% herd immunity.
