At the moment the whole world has become consumed by this paradigm that we most all go into quarantine, and so shut down our economies. If we had the capacity for widespread, frequent and rapid testing, then the logical thing to do is would be to turn this paradigm on its head. We test everyone frequently, and we quarantine those who are infectious (for a period) - and everyone else gets on with it. Why would it be any other way?
