I'd like to know where these investors came from/were introduced to the company. GD and RM have a history of interesting dealings and transactions in their companies by Chinese investors - eg look at the original $1.8m investment in the company by Wuxi Baichuan Chemical Industrial Co Ltd, which was supposed to be used for Cancet. Wuxi Baichuan are still shareholders as far as I know. $650k isn't going to go far in terms of 'mining activities'.
