Agreed, current SOI is 135.6m.

New Shares to Issue (203.5m new shares), split as follows:
Institutional (Direct) Placement: 67.65m new shares (finalised today; increased by $14m to now $115; all to new insto holders).

Entitlement Offer (Rights Issue) (~135.9m shares to issue in two tranches between instos and retails, further split as follows):
- Institutional Entitlement Offer Component: 68.25m new shares ($116m; finalised today; 90% subscribed by existing insto holders).
- Retail Entitlement Offer Component: 67.65m new shares ($115; now fully underwritten; opens next week).

Agreed that total new SOI will be in the order of ~339.1m shares, but I think it's important to know just how many of the new Insto Placement shares were allocated to new insto holders (67.6m shares). It's this number that represents the true level of dilution for all existing holders (insto and retail) who choose to participate in the RI.

Calcs:
Old Total SOI: 135.6m shares (matches your total).
New Total SOI: 339.1m shares (matches your total)
New Total SOI Split:
- 271.5m shares held by existing insto & retail holders who participated (135.6m original SOI + 135.9m new RI taken up) .
- 67.65m shares held by new instos pursuant to the direct placement.

Existing holders (instos & retails) now represent ~80% of the new total SOI when the dust settles (i.e. 271.5m / 339.1m).

Naturally not all existing holders will necessarily participate, but we need to assume 100% participation in order calculate the net effect for those existing holders who do participate, which ends up being 80% ownership in the new WEB compared to what is was previously.
