    Has he stopped laughing yet? They know they are not obliged to treat shareholders with any respect - and most companies unfortunately practice that approach.

    This lengthy suspension and lack of information may have to do with the secrecy provisions around legal negotiations.

    Unless there is some takeover in the offing, the delays are ominous.
