Oil (& cvn) coming off the boil - trading $$ into banks now.
FWIW, can't see too much movement here, take today for example. Should have run up to next ann today - a good 7%. Capping production may have been a downer (outlook) for some, volume up + price going no-where.
IMO, she's fallen out of favour - call it what you will.
I never thought we'd be debating as to whether she'd be back at 30c sooner rather than later.
(not down ramping, in the slightest BTW...)just 2c.
