You should listen to @BacSiBeTong he CLEARLY knows what he is talking about.... a little too much for a normal site engineer, I think ill take a bet he is an RMS civil engineering inspector or something like similar!
I practically agree with everything he said in his post.
the slump issue is a very big deal and a huge red flag for people who know what they are talking about.. edens comparison reports aren't apples to apples.
