That's their mammalian facility - the main building on the left in most pics - the cell therapy facility is behind and on the right.
The mammalian cell culture facility has indeed been in GMP operation since 2011 and its main function is production of monoclonal antibodies in mammalian cell culture.
From memory, the cell therapy (ie MSB) facility didn't start operation until around 2013, maybe later.
