I said you can't use ResAppDx on your laptop or tablet, it's been clinically proven and regulatory approved to only work on smart phone, you can do the telehealth conference on your tablet or laptop if you want to see your doctor which is where the network issue is due to using more data but you still need to use ResAppDx with your smart phone which won't use as much data. If it's an issue, the 5-10MB audio file can be stored locally and send slowly through the network, it might take 10 seconds instead of less than 1 second if you are that worry about the network bandwidth.
And I'm sure Coviu have done extensive load testing during the 4 month integration period don't you think......![]()
Do you think ResAppDx consume GB of data for just 30 seconds of audio sound.
