...what I was trying to say joe is....I think as Corona takes more of a grip in Russia and economic cost of it escalates...they may be wanting more for their oil and be keener to make a deal to cut production....?
If Saudi cases escalate to significant numbers as well then they also may more inclined to want to end the price war ?
They other thing that may encourage them to slow production is the US starting building massive storage facilities and continuing to buy it up and squirrel it away...?
...who knows....?
