    Kiernan building stake in small copper miner Redbank Mines. Plans to build to a 35-40% stake and surround himself with people he can trust.He also advises plans to put a proposal to Monarch Administrators to recapitalise and bring them into Alexander Securities, rebadged as Stirling Resources.
