344,531,481 ( +2.5 million performance rights as well) shares on issue before adding another 86,100,000 for a total of 430,631,481 ie 25% right on the allowable max under the new rules.
How many shares will be issued under the SPP as it is uncapped, probably another number north of 50 million.
Massive dilution of shareholders, so you are forced to participate in the SPP to try and stay even.
Looking at the numbers I suspect the SP will drift back down to or below the $7.80.
