From Robbie's reply, we can deduce:
1. The delay is definitely due to MXC's failure to meet ASX's requirement with regards to COVID-19
2. The JV is about a "technology", which means it is not about an actual medication/treatment
Conclusion: It is highly unlikely ASX will allow the release of this MXC announcement, especially ASX used strong word such as "disturbingly"
