I am sure both companies know what they are doing as they both have fantastic well accredit scientists and business leaders.
it just happens one of them has deep ties in certain countries and the right licenses in place.
not sure why the broker would put a low target on GSS though, a little concerned with that... maybe they are accumulating the sellers of escrow stock.
