I think you have blinkers on. There are already other companies out there claiming to do what ZNO does. To the best of my knowledge ZNO doesn't have a patent on its products so there will be plenty of imitations out there in no time at all, so how unique is it really? If supply can't keep up with demand based on word of mouth then you are severely limiting and short changing yourself. The best businesses will always be geared to meet demand no matter how high it is. In fact the higher the better. ZNO needs to think big and grow significantly to become a billion dollar MC company and will definitely need to expand its consumer base to do so. To significantly increase demand in households you need to have a marketing strategy. Word of mouth will only take you so far and will significantly limit growth. ZNO needs to start looking beyond COVID-19 and plan its future. If it doesn't the company risks having plummeting sales once the consumer base becomes complacent again as humans tend to do. ZNO shouldn't become complacent either.
