agree, but land tied up waiting for council approvals....and the grant expires by jun 30 next year...
anyway more to come...probably reduce stamp duty etc...
the big cities all have boundaries...try to keep everyone inside of them....its an incentive for the first home buyers....think Vic also offers an extra 2000 anyway...so thats 16000 towards a home or 23000 for a new one
