When my sister left, the advice was what I posted.
The advice was, "....We now recommend you reconsider your need for overseas travel at this time, including to Indonesia and Bali....".
It isn't an order to not travel by any stretch of the imagination.
You posting what occurred after she left isn't relevant to the governments position before she left.
