has one been triggered perhaps? - the overall market collaspe or ESI's shareprice hitting record lows
what is the real delay in this $10m funding package that was approved by shareholders 5 weeks ago!!! I dont buy the line blame it on the legal eagles.
what effects have the financial meltdown/market collapse had on getting this across the line???
