Hey Moneytree, how about you hold off on terms like 'losers' when speaking about other people. i assume that i fall into that category as i'm about to buy my first place in the next couple of weeks. and yes, i have saved 45k for a deposit, as well as having other investments. Just because someones young, doesn't mean they're a loser. Check yourself.
