Maybe another take on this pugnacious is that most of the time when a new aspirant buyer or investor asks questions we all respond with as much data and help as we can. Often we are happy to make concessions but the sheer volume of denigration of this asset class which comes from the sheer cynics is absolutely wearisome. They don't budge year in year out.
Dislike so be it - jealousy very evident - when blueballs bought his place we were all behind him and at the end he had the grace and dignity to end his run kindly.
This is a property site - not a site about the merit of property vis a vis cash or the ASX after all. We are always ready to share what we have learnt - don't try and paint us black - we are happy to share what we have learnt. Also have the wisdom to understand that we give as good as we get - sometimes more because we are frustrated at having to counter ideology with reality week in week out.
