Hi,
No dividend, would I am sure, send the price down.
How much would depend on how much future returns were likely to be.
I would agree with most here, as long as they stay solvent, there will still be money to be made.
And it seems banks are a protected species in our society, rightly or wrongly.
Therefore for me , it seems reasonable to hide under that protection.
Even at these prices, in accumulation terms, the banks have been good to me over the past 20 years.
Purely by accident, I have plenty of cash to live on, so I'll just wait and see.
