Once the states are confident that there is no more community transmission (ie no new cases), then DOMESTIC travel will open up. This is still months away.
However INTERNATIONAL travel is a totally different case. Until a vaccine is found, all international passengers will have to spend 2 weeks in a hotel every time they enter Australia. There is no way that the government will relax this. There will be an uproar if they did. That would significantly limit international travel.
I don't hold but on the balance of risk/reward, I wouldn't buy at these levels
