    I agree with you.

    Where has been the parliamentary debate?

    Who has discussed the ceasing of individual freedom?

    Will we get our freedoms back?

    The general populace are not familiar either with political philosophy or even our near history where we have fought wars to preserve these freedoms, and in the past weeks we have had them curtailed without a whimper.

    I know it's an extreme example but Hitler's Enabling Act of 1933 following the Reichstag fire was a temporary cessation of political freedom to combat the threat of Marxism. Those freedoms were not returned to the majority of German people until 1945 and in the case of the rest not until the fall of the Berlin Wall.

    We live in dangerous times.
