When tenders were requested for the English Channel tunnel the tenders ranged from 10 million up to 20 million;except one from a Greek/Irishman for 1 million.So for a laugh they called in Theo/Pat and asked how he he could build the England to france tunnel so cheaply... " well sirrr oi would put a gang of tunnel builders in france and a gang in England sirrr, and then they would meet up in the middle"....What if they missed?............
