    As good as Cobalt Blues Broken Hill project is, it could be dwarfed by the massive potential that Australian mining tailings may offer. Many tailings suffer from regulations as inactive waste but they may in fact have a double solution, become active and potentially offer high end mineral extraction with the right IP. I was told to watch this particular potential income stream years ago.
