I don't agree with that. $1.30 is 39 cents lower than our closing price. We will now have further dilution and the price on market will likely drop to the CR price, or lower. A capital raising for institutional investors, in any market will be snapped up, more so if the news from the FDA is positive. A 39 cent discount with positive FDA news in hand? Makes me wonder what that communication from the FDA is saying...
