@hounddoggy, as I said the change of control scenario advised in company announcments as a possibility has happened, just not in the way I expected. This has got a tight register now. She will move up very quickly once consolidated.

Now if I were Delphi and trying to de-risk their investment, I would be doing all I could to bid this up to the 3cents per share to strike option price by later 2020. This would be highly beneficial for Delphi as they would have trippled the investment value but also get BLK another 20million in cash for very little dilution to them only 600million odd shares.
Imagine what this cash injection would do, BLK may not even need to borrow the 40million.
A $300mill MC is not impossible with a good JUN and SEP QTR and some impressive drilling results that may come in near future. GO BLK!!!!!!
