I personally don't think WPL is the only buyer.We now know that selling shares in a holding company avoids PE rights.FAR and CNE could spin a % off in to separate holding companies and sell the shares.WPL really do require more WI if they want to absolutely cement themselves in the JV for ever.I'm a little perplexed to be honest at the whole Petrosen not having taken their share....as yet. The PSC is pretty clear from the moment its commercial they have to decide and start paying....seems they haven't.Are they, could they, be considering the sale of 8% or some of that?Interesting WPL seemed to have funded Petrosen for the 10% they currently hold.......If CNE, Petrosen and FAR combined it could be up to 4o% for sale.It would give any incoming entity, with CNE's vote enough to change the operator which they would probably make CNE do as part of any deal.Effectively WPL would have to PE the entire amount is my understanding....do they want to spend another 2 billion or more on SNE?
