It looks like you've done more work on the possible candidates that me. I have to admit, I've not conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the possible candidates, because this is not something I myself do very often.

I was merely recalling what happened during the GFC and highlighting to some investors, particularly those investors just starting out or with modest investment capital, for whom it can make a meaningful financial difference, the reward-to-risks of this strategy are favourable.

But it is not without caveats, namely that it is administratively burdensome, what with dealing with all the paperwork, keeping track of all the transactions and making all the payments, and then managing out the small positions in which they strategy didn't materialise.
