Just a little update for everyone.
Following my discussion with the lawyers, a report has been filed with ASIC for the two performance shares. If ASIC determines that the conditions attached to the two performance shares were not legitimately met then we should have a foolproof case for Class Action against FBR. We should hear a response back from ASIC within 28 days.
