Yes, Boffin, I think you have nailed Kevvie. He aspires to be viewed as A winston Churchill-type figure. Why does he have to continually describe his own actions as 'decisive' and 'strong'? Surely that is for others to judge. He has taken no hard decisions. Throwing one-off sums of taxpayers money at people saying 'you figure out how to spend it. I got nuthin' IS NOT LEADERSHIP.
