Well GR,where to to start.
penn says he wants tls to become a tech co.?
So we have tls labs and muru d.
I try very hard to find exciting and commercial projects within these 2 organisations.Yawn i just find the usual boring stuff or absolute welfare payments to la la muru d projects etc.
Tls pays for and maintains these facilities etc and all 'use' tls and imo tls shareholders. What has tls developed that has made a material profit from either division.
Tls labs should b producing commercially material projects every year or at the very least investing in cutting edge research with the intention of a commercial return.
The problem as i see it no one in tls understands the opportunities that have potential to produce material profits.
At least weekly I read universities developing projects that need funding that imo show real material potential.
Why is tls not closing muru d,closing down tls labs 'again',then restarting it and jv'ing projects of absolute leading technology.
Today I read an article in ADM .'WSU and RAAF tech to deploy on international space station'.ie some type of camera that can detect space lightening that can destroy or damage satellites, space junk .ie so such threats can b better understood ie where space lightening is more likely to occur etc.
So from global competition this australian camera has been selected. At the risk of prattling on,the guy at WSU said the camera has the ability to detect this basically invisible lightening ,future hypersonic missiles etc etc.
He makes the comment this is before 'infrared spectrum' is introduced.Infrared spectrum being a characteristic of 6g.
He goes on to suggest the potential for such a camera to detect submarines etc etc
Again ,imo these are the type of projects tls labs should b involved in,not trying to compete with google etc developments.
We need a new ceo,imo a new boss for tls labs and scrap muru d.
I wonder if tls sent a tls engineer/scientist to the 6g conference in finland last year, probably not.
The council needs to come clean this moggy management off the road imo only.
