From his estimates, MKY shares should be worth somewhere around 0.024-0.026 per share given the assets/500mill shares...

That still makes it a good buy at this stage....0.025 which is just the book value with no premium sounds ok.

Time will tell but I've incresed my holdings and my position has changed significantly toward the positive.
