and mr smith many opes clients have their back against the wall, are generally sophisticated investors, company directors, etc..and therefore a force to be reckoned with going forward. If u think the bank is going to walk away from this cheaply, u are deluding yourself. clients will win. early alleged evidence is already suggesting the bank allegedly knew about the opes prime fraud and did nothing about it over many years. this does not quite gel with the crawford report findings though...so lets see how u manoevre around that little problem as well as the multiple claims against the bank for M+D conduct....not to mention the preferences which allegedly were obtained by the bank when opes was insolvent.
