I for one am happy to have an independant body such as ASIC investigate the legitimacy of the dubious issue of performance shares to the PIVAC's.
IMO, it would be more detrimental to the pivacs than FBR if the shares were illegally obtained.
I can only see an upside to the SP if that were the case.
With the future of FBR looking bleak at the moment, it will make no difference to us SH's if the pivacs ran it to the ground or if some other predator accumulates and takes it off us for a pittance.
