FMG are not mining the stuff yet, they did plan to mine some for blending but hasn't happened yet. Most low grade stuff sold now is sold to those that blend. When the higher grade output is increased the demand (along with economic downturn) may eliminate the the need for blending ore all together.
FMG have plus 60% at the moment so have bit to go before they hit the rubbish stuff.
