I understand that an agent just wants a sale but where can you go when you've done everything but drop the price? If you can help me get more for my house I would be very grateful. I'm afraid I've done everything I can think of and reducing the price was the last resort. When I first moved here houses were selling before the agent could get a sign out, now there's for sale signs down every street. To me, thats a 'sign' of the times.
