as i said, yes i know rents are going up, i dont disagree. and I even said the reason as to why they are going up.
When is the house price fall? It was about to start, but because of the RBA and kevin with his home buyers grant i think a dead cat bounce will form first now probably ending mid next year. - remember we have reached as high as property can go with current wages. so its not if, but when.
I understand why the RBA droped rates early, and i can see the logic but i would be very worried of it going back up if the economy picks up, and inflation doesnt drop by 1% ..
As for kevin Rudd and his home buyers grant, i dont understand this, he belives house prices will fall, but then in the same week hands out a incentive for young people to buy homes? why would he do that?
