Fact is tenants get a free ride to sit around doing nothing while home owners get left holding the bag. As I said, I know people who would like to move into my house, they have money and can pay me rent yet I can't evct my current tenants even though their lease is up.

I don't negative gear, never had this is my primary property which I intend to live and die on yet it seems I will be forced to sell as I can only sustain the debt levels for a few months at current situation.

If you can't sustain the debt levels for a couple of months then you made a risky investment and it's not up to the taxpayer to bail you out.
