i think the major gap is HCT's lack of ability to market themselves, produce future visibility on the business, and give a robust market update that has strong projections and scope........... so far to date the updates are on single deals.
So does the market really know HCT's major plans and opportunity? No, I don't think so.. Market isn't interested maybe they associate themselves with all the other products and being a R&D company for so long it has diluted the message...? Now is the time to communicate about global commercialisation and be businessmen not lab coats and imo get the right people involved who can execute as its time to pass the baton.

The second major issue is the lack of a long term investment partner. They opted for cash on call for quick and simple capital at good rate but aren't long term strategic holders so there is significant downside to this... A significant broker or insto getting placement will have the ability to create liquidity, and potentially network in HCT where Acuity are just dumping on conversion and offer no other value... On the other hand that capital can be put to good use (global supply capacity) and generate revenue soon.... for me though no one is really buying into HCT yet..... considering the "potential"....
